Granadilla Fridge Tart
  • 25 Marie Biscuits
  • 125g Butter
  • 1 packet Lemon Jelly
  • 2 tins Goldcrest Granadilla Pulp
  • 1 tin Condense Milk
  1. Crush 25 Marie biscuits and mix with 125g butter. Press this into a pie plate. Mix one packet lemon jelly with ¾ cup boiling water. Stir well. Add 2 tins granadilla pulp,stir in and then add 1 tin condensed milk(sweetened) and mix well. Pour into biscuit shell and chill until set. Serve with fresh cream
