Peppermint Crisp Tart
  • Peppertmint Crisp Tart
  • Ingredients
  • 375g / 1 tin caramelised condensed milk (Caramel Treat)
  • 250ml Whipping Cream
  • 2 x 200g packets Bakers Tennis Biscuits
  • 4 Peppermint Crisps – grated
  • 250g Butter
  1. Melt butter gently
  2. Crush Bakers Tennis Biscuits and mix with melted butter
  3. Line dish with crushed biscuit mix
  4. Whip cream until it is just starting to thicken
  5. Add caramel and mix
  6. Add peppermint crisp and mix
  7. Place mixture on biscuit base
  8. Sprinkle with grated Peppermint Crisp
  9. Cover with cling film and place in fridge overnight
