Fresh meats and koeksisters are prepared and packed on a Thursday for a Friday delivery. Orders must be in by 11h00 on a Thursday morning for next day delivery as we pack to order to ensure correct weights of products.
All persons ordering AND receiving alcoholic products must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with UK Law.
Photographic proof of age will be requested from any persons receiving alcoholic products by the authorised carrier, if they suspect that the recipient is under 18 years, or appears to be under 18 years.

Orders of, or containing, alcoholic beverages are restricted by English Law and must be ordered by a person aged 18 years or older and such person must be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery. By placing an order for alcoholic beverages you warrant and declare that you are 18 years of age or older and are legally entitled to purchase such goods. Lawful delivery of these orders can only take place during normal licensing hours.
All orders for goods sold ex stock can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch, all ex stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, with two exceptions, any orders received after 12 noon on a Friday, and large orders received after 12 noon on a Thursday and, where a courier service is utilised. These can be cancelled up to noon on the following Monday.
All special orders for goods purchased in South Africa and imported specifically for the individual customer must be cancelled within 48 hours of your acceptance of our order and price confirmation.
The price of goods is, as displayed on our website at the time of the order and as indicated on our order confirmation, as communicated to you by email, before your order is dispatched. Special, discounted products are only available at the time the special price is advertised and is always subject to the availability of stock. Special price promotions being “only valid while stocks last”, can, and will, be withdrawn at any time without notice.
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you. We will not refund the cost of returning the item. You must inform us before returning the item(s). To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us in the same condition you received it. We cannot refund any costs for items returned damaged by yourself.

VAT, DUTIES & TAXES
All prices shown are inclusive of all United Kingdom Duties, Taxes and VAT ruling at the time of purchase, and pertaining to the specific commodities concerned.
The price of any goods sold and delivered to a customer outside the United Kingdom will be reduced by the amount of VAT levied on particular commodities. Excluding deliveries to the Channel Islands, and The Isle of Man.
All import duties and taxes in foreign countries are for the account of the importer. We use Yodel for deliveries. The courier delivers Monday to Friday up until 9pm. Saturday deliveries incur a charge of £30 at time of writing. If the courier cannot deliver the package to the address or as stated on the note, they will leave a note. The parcel can then be collected at the depot stated on the note. This is usually the nearest Post Office.

CLAIMS or COMPLAINTS
