Charlic (chilli & garlic) Drywors We use top quality grass-fed British or Irish beef to make our drywors. The spices are imported from South Africa, mixed with the meat and diluted vinegar and stuffed into natural sheep casings before going into the dryer. Our Peri-Peri is imported from South Africa, so it's hot. This drywors is the perfect blend of chilli and garlic. Our drywors is not too lean with just the correct amount of fat to give it that proper flavour and texture.
